PEACH SALSA





Peach Salsa

Ingredients:

2 to 3 ripe peaches, pitted and diced

1/2 red bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup diced red onion

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Juice and zest of 1 lime

1 small garlic clove, grated

1 jalapeƱo pepper, minced

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste


Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Refrigerate for an hour or two to let the flavors meld.


Notes:

Observant readers may have spotted the bottle in the image above. Good eye. Add a splash of Grand Marnier to take it to the next level. No one will be mad if you add a little too much Grand Marnier. Or a lot too much.
