MANGO SORBET







Mango Sorbet

Ingredients:

3 heaping cups of frozen mango chunks

1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice

1/4 cup almond or coconut milk

Directions:

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

That's it! Easy peasy!

Serve immediately or transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for several hours to harden.

Remove from the freezer and let it sit about 15-20 minutes to soften before serving.

Notes:

No added sugar, no dairy. No ice cream maker. -Just sweet, natural goodness.

Add a ripe banana for extra tropical flavor.

This is a thick mixture. If you don't have a super-powered blender (like the weak P.O.S. I have), add some more liquid to make it easier to blend.

Orange juice can be used in place of the pineapple juice. Still amazing.

Serve it in a tall glass with a generous shot of rum. 'Cause why not?
