AMAZING MANGO SALSA





Amazing Mango Salsa!

Ingredients:

2 jalapeƱo peppers, cored and seeded, sliced very thin

1/4 cup slivered red onion

Juice of 2 limes

1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

1 teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste)

1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves

1 ripe mango, diced (about a cup)

1 large tomato, diced (also about a cup)

2 small tomatillos, diced (about 1/2 cup)

1 Tablespoon Grand Marnier


Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Make shrimp tacos, eat it with tortilla chips, or spoon a generous portion over grilled chicken breast and thank me later.


Notes:

If you want more heat, don't remove the jalepeno seeds, or use two serrano peppers instead.

The recipe calls for a single tablespoon of Grand Marnier, but don't let that dictate your taste. You measure that shit with your heart.
