CHIPOTLE RANCH DRESSING









Chipotle Ranch Dressing

Ingredients:

1/2 cup greek yogurt

1/2 cup sour cream

1 1/2 tablespoons chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo

1 1/2 tablespoons adobo sauce

2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

2 tablespoons water

1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro

1 teaspoon chopped capers

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon lime juice

1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes

1/4 teaspoon dried dill

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Directions:

Whisk all the ingredients together in a medium bowl until smooth.

Notes:

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Salad dressing, sure, but an awesome dipping sauce for chicken tenders or fresh veggies, and a great spicy sandwich spread.

Feel free to spice it up even more. Chipotles are mildly hot, so adding a bunch of habaƱero powder is a nice addition.
